Hard to say if that's a good price for the 1800. The floors and frame rails have likely returned to earth if it's been sitting like that for a number of years - and it looks like it has. With no title, getting it back on the road would be a PITA. There might be a few savagable bits on it. The trim on the early cars is the valuable stuff, but it looks like some of it is already missing. Would depend some on how much of the missing trim is included.
For $700 I'd want that Spitfire as well...
