Kid in high school had a pink & white one with a 327 in it.
FWIW, I drove 4 hrs each way with cash in hand and an empty trailer, and left it there. No floors, no title and now a busted out windshield. Motor is still free and the interior was nice, but the seller's response to my "What's your bottom dollar?" question was that he had already come down "a lot" dropping the price from $600 to $550. My idea of "a lot" was more like half.
I hate the "What's your bottom dollar?" question. Usually makes me ready to walk away from the negotiation.
Did you offer him half? If you had, it might have given a starting point for negotiating.
Question- how can the interior be nice with no floors?
