They jusy put it out when I was at the junkyard yesterday (fairfield CA). Its black, still all complete, and its in way better shape than any car i have ever owned, I cant really see why it is being scrapped.

Probably, but then its a porsche so who knows. They can look perfect and still need $10k in work done to them.

If a 924S costs 10k to fix, the wrong guy is trying to fix it.

Well i meant $10k at the dealer, and I was exagerating slightly. But seriously, if I wanted a 924 id try to buy it, my legs are too long for it to fit comfortably though. If I wanted that type of car it probably buy an alfa GTV6.

Actually I owned a 1987 924S. There is nothing more expensive than a cheap Porche.

Yea, thats the main reason why im not going to try to buy it. If anyone needs parts for one (or wants one to restore) it would be worth going to take a look though.
