the tree picture threw me, but the mention of IPD for parts restores my faith in this seller. Someone get this before next weekend before I make a mistake. 

I missed the wagon part. Tree hides that part.

Can someone local check it out possible pick it to for me?  That'd be perfect example for Lil Stampie's first car.
