Hey guys/gals at GRMS ... I wanted to give a brief introduction of who we are. I am Stephen Jones, founder/CEO of Second Daily Curated Car Auctions. We are an online only auction house for classic / vintage / specialty / niche cars we all know and love. Founded in my head a few years ago, and made it a reality in early 2017. I originally was only planning to feature vintage 4x4s and sports cars (being those are my personal addictions)...but I quickly realized that left out so many greats that I couldn't discriminate. We have sold for Alloy+Grit, Wayne at F40 Motorsports, AllVette, Ryan Friedman, Elliot Cuker, and many others.
So yes, we are up against the big guy in this space. We separate ourselves by offering a more personal approach, helping buyers and sellers throughout the entire process of acquiring a car online from hundreds/thousands of miles away. We offer PPI reimbursements and no selling fees for sellers. We can offer onsite inspections with Inspect-X, LemonSquad or any other one you may choose. You can pick up the phone and call us 423-401-8416 if you have any questions or just want to talk torque specs on a '81 Fiat X1/9.
Lastly, we charge a 5% finder's fee to the buyer, that's all, no other fees and with that, we donate a large portion of our proceeds to a charity of the buyer's and/or seller's choice. We founded Second Daily with the hope and mission of being able to change lives at a scale no one (normal) person could ever do. And with that, partnering with the right organizations (rather than building our own) allows us to focus on what we do best, AND what they do best.
