Not sure I understand your reasoning there. I can understand if you are a country mouse and don't want to get caught up in the big city you may avoid Chicago, but IL is a hole lot bigger than Chicago.

Fast Eddies Bon Air is all Illinois has for me. I'm a St Louis native, so big cities are no problem for me. The difference is, I can legally carry in this city. I would be much more likely to go to Illinois if I could carry like I always do here.
