Well, I dunno much about all of this, but I think I would have just dropped the Studebaker cab on to the Dakota chassis.

Studebakers are AWESOME. I will make sure to check those videos out! I love how those old Stude trucks look.

That is incredible! 5.3 or 6.0? I pulled the 6.0 out of my 05 Silverado and put in a 5.9 Cummins. I had a 68 Firebird at the time and wanted to throw the 6.0 in but never did it. Ended up selling it instead. Do you have a build thread going?

Filthy - LS3 BFN with the trans and electronics Morrison chassis the full package discs coil overs & sway bars with power rack.

I am stalled right now trying to figure out how to mount the body, most all of the body mounts were lost to rust.

Also battling a poorly placed firewall. I inherited the project from my brother from another mother, he wasn't thinking to clearly towards the end.

We took the gauge cluster out of the Dakota and put it in the Studebaker. But nothing comes easily when you want it to look vintage!
