+96ft/lbs down low......2200-2500rpm?
I had some time today so I built a luggage rack/booster seat for the pit bike so it will be much more usable at Nationals

It appears that my co-driver is revved up for Nationals-lol

Thanks for posting the dyno video! The strapping in the rear sucks - too high relative to the rear axle, but I expect it's hard to find a good place to strap this beast in.
Glad to hear you were able to find some good results from the dyno session. Proper tuning is rarely a waste of time.
Hey, look who I ran into

The laptop I use to tune the car doesn't seem capable of editing video so that may have to wait until I get home. We ran the East course today and Jeff Kiesel ran a 49.3. The MGB felt great and I set a 51.8 on my 2nd run. For my 3rd run, I forgot to set the car for full boost so it was reduced power the whole time and I couldn't get the car into 3rd gear so I went a slower with a 52.0. I know there was a 50 second run in the car but wasn't able to pull it out. I am happy with how today went and look forward to tomorrow. I got some cool video, I'll share as soon as I can.
Nice job today! What a competitive class - I hope I'm not spoiling anything by sharing that our friend here is just out of the trophies in 7th, and the gap all the way up to 2nd is only 1 second on a 50 second course. Good luck on day 2!
I'll provide a more detailed report with video later but I had a great time, the car is uber quick but still loses multiple seconds while the inside rear tire spins. I finished just barely (.063 seconds) out of the trophies and we drove it onto the trailer so that is a victory by itself.
A time lapse from day 1, including the breakdown and push back to grid

The DM Jeep is powered by a turbo 1.4 Ecotec and the EM Jeep is powered by a 2.0 Ecotec similar to mine
Between your MGB, that MG Midget and now the jeeps, the DM/EM classes seem to be where the coolest of the cool cars hang out !
