I'm a subscriber and I've missed the latest issue because I moved a couple months ago. I've tried to submit a change of address through the contact page (that isn't working currently) and it never happened, nor was I contacted about my request.

Tom, call the offices. That's the best, quickest way to get it changed. In the not too distant future we'd like to have a change of address form on the site, but that doesn't help you today.
And I'll check that contact form, but it should be working fine.
