Any way we can get it so that when you click on a link it opens in a new page/tab? I repeatedly close the window because I forget that this is the one site that still does that.

Yup. Click on "My Profile" at the top left, then "Edit my profile". One of the options is to open links in a new window.

I was wondering the same thing! I was actually about to start a new thread on the subject. It's been bugging the crap outta me.
My suggestion: Still give us the option (which is nice), but make opening links in a new window default as this is much more common in other forums. It makes the site much more user friendly IMHO (speaking as a long-time addict to multiple forums)
