    I got two copies of the Apr 2011 issue with mailing lables to my street address this week. I was trying to renew my subs to GRM and CM, and buy a "crazy driver" t-shirt at the same time.

    Of course, I didn't complain when I got two "crazy driver" shirts instead of just one last month..

    Honestly, though..it seems that if I put something "into my cart" on the store, there's no way to take it out if I clicked on something accidentally. IIRC, I typed incorrect info when trying to pay the first time I wanted to renew my subscription, and the next time I went to the store, my previous attempt to resubscribe was still there in the shopping cart. Seems that clicking on payment in this case somehow screwed stuff up. For the moment, I'll unwrap the other copy & "pay it forward", but I'd really rather have another year's subscription, rather than see double issues for the next year.

    And of course, now that I'm an old guy..I'd like to insure that I actually subscribed to CM as I inteded as well.

    I was gonna buy the new black shirt online..but now I think I'll wait & see if I can get to The Mitty instead..

    Sorry I missed your message; it's been a very busy week.

    There are a few issues with our store that we're working on, but I'm not sure they're related to what you experienced. Through the magic of the internet, subscription orders and renewals are handed from our store to our subscription fulfillment service.

    I've sent you a PM offline to get some more information (that probably shouldn't be posted here) so we can figure out what happened with your order specifically. Sorry for the hassle.
