I've tried to use the mobile site a little while ago from my iPhone and my login was rejected. Just had the same thing happen trying to login via IE on the mobile site (I'm on dialup at the moment so the mobile site would be a lot faster for me). Again, login failed and the same credentials get me in on the main site.

Any chance someone could look at the reason for these login failures? Thanks.

    Hi Tim-

I just tried it, and it worked for me. However, it looks like we need to update our security certificate, so that may be what's causing the problem on your end. We'll get cracking on resolving that issue, thanks for your patience!

Clear your cookies. If you're going to the mobile site and the regular site in the same browser, it's probably getting confused on where you're at and where you want to be. The two cookies can overwrite one another and/or otherwise become corrupted. It shouldn't happen, but it does.

it's also possible you're just moving faster than the system and only THINK your login failed. Try hitting reload.

Thanks Tom & Tim. This was a little odd - when I tried to hit 'login' to post this, my credentials would not work via the login popup dialog. Once I cancelled that I got a regular login page and logging in via that one worked fine.

Security cert wasn't the issue as I had accepted the expired one.
