    Tim,

Would it be possible to set the site up so when you click a link it opens in a new tab instead of the existing tab?

I'm tired of following a link then having to back track to get back to the discussion. The mouse at work doesn't have the centre button and I forget to hit the Ctrl key before I click.

I don't know if everyone will prefer this so maybe, if possible, it can be made an option in our settings or somewhere.

I don't know exactly how it all works.

    Thanks!

It is a preference option in your settings.

Except it seems that sometimes it opens in a new tab and sometimes it opens in the current window. I've never been able to predict which.

If it's a link in a board post, and that's your preference, it will open in a new window/tab.

Not always. About half the time it opens in a new window; the other half of the time it opens in the window/tab that I clicked from and I have to navigate back. And that's using the same machine - WinXP Pro and Firefox 3.53.
