It's probably just a setting on the forum software.
Before, if I clicked a link in a post, it would open a new window (or tab). Now, it opens in the same window.
I actually liked that feature because it would always keep my precious GRM open so I didn't have to navigate back.
Any chance you could turn that back on?

If we were to change the "target" would it open in a new window? I never tried.
In your profile, there are settings that control where links are opened.
