I have been having trouble getting on the site. Are there problems there, or is it my new computer and something on my end? I'll time out waiting for the page to load. It has happened a few times before, but always seems to be resolved in a little bit. Last night, it happened again and I couldn't get on until now.

Same here so I don't think it was you. Not to mention that there seemed to be a distinct lack of posts for about 12 hours.

Don't say anything or they will change the board software to something terrible and normal!

Thank God it's back up! I actually had to do work last night instead of cruising the boards. :D

We've been having server issues over last 24 hrs. They're working on it... and it is better.

Still a little slow today, but I'm finding the same thing on a lot of sites.

We were down from sometime after 1 a.m. until about 9 a.m. this morning. Sorry about the inconvenience!

Today, the formatting in the off topic post by Wally goes all wonky part way through it. The same thing happened last week in a post by GPS, but then it was corrected. Is it a problem with the site?

Not a problem with the site, but a problem with the way the quotes are being used. Mostly it's a formatting issue.

It can be easy to create one of these margin-shredding posts, especially when there are several layers of quoted material. Once I find the one you're talking about it should be an easy fix.
