I have been having intermittent trouble accessing the site all day. I have been getting a bad gateway messege almost every time I check the site. even when I try the mobile site and or use a different browser/computer.

Best answer at this point is that Challenge traffic (and constrant refreshes for the latest updates) brought the server to a grinding, smoking halt. I'm nominating it for "most spectacular failure"

There are about 10 threads about that and how to fix it.
If it's still hitting you, your browser is VERY aggressively caching the config file that's doing it (since it's been changed for about a day and a half now).
