    Hi,

Where's the "right" place for me to post a build thread with a ton of photos of stupid things I've done to my perfectly good 20 year-old Volvo station wagon? Should I just heave it into Discussion Boards, because the My Garage thingy doesn't seem to approve of what I've done...

    Thanks

A build thread is perfectly suited for the Grassroots Motorsports forum. Post away, we're eager to see what you're up to!

I see you have HTML image tags in your post; I think that may be part of your problem. I'll dig into it from the backend after work and see if I can help.

Thankfully, it's much easier to add them on the board.

Cool beans....I've been beating my head against the My Garage section's refresh rate and changing my tags around, but the delay is killing me!

    Lemme try....THIS!

    OK, how about.....THIS!

    ...annnnddd....THIS!

HA! Take that you mangled piston you!....OK, now back to updating my 58 other broken image links!

Photobucket is one of the better ones. Just use the "direct link" url and put it in with the "insert image" tool.

    Tom,

I've always used the HTML link from Photobucket and just pasted it into the text. Is that bad?

Not if it works for you; any working solution is good in my book.

Our site has some...character...depending on your combination of browser and operating system. It shouldn't matter for things like links, but somehow it does. And makes my head explode.

    Better days are coming.
