Who should I ask about the status of an online order?: Feedback forum: Grassroots Motorsports Magazine

Hello GRM peoples....

Back on 11/22/2011, I ordered some stuff from the GRM online store, namely some license plate frames and stickers to slap on my new car to make it less boring. I still haven't gotten it. I have email confirmations that it was paid for and it shipped, but I never received anything.

I checked the "Contact" section of the site to see if there is an option to ask about that kind of thing, but there isn't. Where should I direct this kind of inquiry?

Drop a line to Nancy Gomes at nancy@grassrootsmotorsports.com and she can make sure everything's ok, let you know when/how it shipped.
