An A1 GTI doesn't feel all that confidence-inspiring at stock HP levels, I can't imagine having 11x the power.

I can't figure out how they kept the engine together.

If they engineered this in their garage, and aren't already engineers I'd say they need a career change.

I wonder what they use for a gearbox? That has always been a problem as far as I know with high hp dubs. Scary scary car. Awesome.

I always thought that there was nothing wrong with my A2 that an additional 300hp couldn't fix.

That would have brought it up to, oh, 400hp.

I've rode along while tuning a genuinely 1000hp car on the street. It's easy to get jaded to the ruuuuUUUUSH but it's also hard to not giggle like a schoolgirl every time it happens.

A couple hundred HP more, with about 1500lb less....

Looks like it was only spinning 2nd gear. So... when it maxed out the speedo, that was all speed.
