I need some springs for my Europa and I'm hoping to use the adjustable shocks that came with the car. I'm looking for 1.9" ID springs at 6" 185lb and 10" 200lb. I've found them in England but I haven't found a North American supplier.

    Would 2" ID fit?

2" ID springs may fit. I know that 2.25" springs do not.

It's not that hard to find 1.9" springs - I think Legends use them. Sometimes called 1.875, 1.880 or 1 7/8". AFCO, Eibach, QA1 and Pro Shocks all make them. The 6" part is a little odd, usual lengths are 8" and 10". Summit Racing and Speedway Motors have 'em, I didn't check anywhere else.

    A feast of 1 7/8" springs

Keith nailed it. Landrum is one of the lower cost brands that i like as each spring comes with a dyno sheet and there marked with the real rate. If you buy two in the same range they come matched set. IE: you order (qty2) 185# springs you'll get 2 springs with in a few lbs of each other i got 182's on both. If you have 6 inch spring there likley under load or are 8 inchones that sagged.....Quailty springs don't sag.
