Very good deal on this classic. But what I really want to know is does the GRM shirt come with the car?

1970 Mercedes 6.3

Way cool, however the pneumatic suspension was weak.

From what I have heard about those they are similar to a Ferrari as far as running costs. That doesn't mean that they aren't awesome, but just because you could get that one for $6k doesn't have anything to do with affording it. lol

Ohhhhh yeah.... I drove the "Red Pig" last year. Won't ever forget that one.

The Citroen SM of the M-B line. What an engine, but the suspension, and switches, and hydraulics.....yeah, buying and affording are way two different things. But, oh, man, what a car when all is right. Such a sleeper....

At the last CMP LeMons race there was a 450SEL 6.9, talk about an evil handling turd. It scared me just to watch the thing, I couldn't imagine trying to drive it.

A 6.9 in good shape seems to handle well, like in the rendezvous movie and in ronin. I imagine one with bad suspension is scary though.

I'm just wondering if the owner is on the boards here. He is wearing a GRM shirt.
