2004 Mini - Any known problems?

Wife has been looking for a 2015 - 2016 Mini, manual with a sunroof - must be yellow with black stripes.

BAT has a 2004 2004 Mini Cooper S John Cooper Works with low miles that looks pretty good. Are there any known problems with the 2004 cars?

I know the 2005s had improved interior build quality and a better gearbox on the NA cars, but the 2004's aren't necessarily bad if it's an S. I think it was Knurled who had a few MINI sunroof-related horror stories, though (they leak into the wiring harness, IIRC).
