I haven't gone to look at it yet, but they say it won't go over 10mph, not running rough, just won't exceed 10. Anything in particular I should be looking for? I'm assuming it's stuck in some sort of limp mode.

Where are you? Is it very cold and humid there? Intercoolers can frost up internally.
Scan it, and move on from there.

Naturally aspirated, auto trans, FWD.
Sounds like it is in limp mode. This can be a bunch of things. One being the fly by wire throttle is going bad.
Went and saw it, further description indicated no throttle response. I scanned it and found no codes, twisted the key and it seemed to run and rev fine, drove it around and everything. Best I can guess is it's a weak battery issue (it cranked slow). Or maybe the TB frosted up, but wouldn't that throw a code?
