Okay, somewhere along the line after the 2007 Challenge (last one I competed in), I could swear I heard sales tax was no longer required to be counted in the budget. Is this correct? Didn't see it spelled out in the rules, but wanted to double check before I include/exclude taxes from parts I buy at retail.
Also, am I correct to assume if my junkyard charges an environmental fee (they just started doing it this year), I do have to include that in my budget for junkyard bought parts?
