Aero race wheels is selling lots of wheels for $30 painted, $50 chrome. I have no affiliation other than having used them before but if they have your size you can get a good deal.

No, it says next to the wheel the lug patern, ie 4 by 4.25 + 4 lug, 4.25 inch circle.
