Kit cars are technically allowed now but are classed in the Locost/Zamboni/Jeep DJ5B group.

Starts with a B.....can't remember the full name to save my life...usually a vw beetle kit car.
I'm thinking subaru turbo motor mounted to a fwd tranny, yet mounted in the rear for a MR setup....sort of like a 914 subaru conversion.
