The accord coupe USED to be a damn good looking car (when they looked like beefier preludes and had the v6), can't understand what happened to it.
I've gotten to drive several different civics at work for short bursts, and can say that I agree wholeheartedly with the above statement that the newer SI has the smoothest manual trans out there. From the time they put the shifter up at the bottom of the dash (which I absolutely loved, when I tried it, though at first I didn't get it) they have had near perfect manual gearboxes.

The Accord coupe still has the V-6 available.

I still dream of a EP3 Type R, which of course never came. I long for a stock EF too. I had my chance last year, but I just had to have an XJ.

Waiting for honda to go all-out cab-forward, so the entire engine is crammed under the windshield, as to just a portion of it in the current model...

The new si is going after the scion sales, hence the engine size increase, the girlie/hipster ads etc... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUhkN_VLGFg
