Pulled into the parking spot on my last service call today.... gotta love the odometer reading.

    I swear this wasn't staged

11,111.1 miles not bad for an 87 sport bike

thats reallllly low for an 87.

Hell, my 99 ducati already has over 15,000 miles on it... i thought that was low!

Here's a pic roughly a week after i bought it.

A few months ago I pulled up to a stop sign in my '82 Chevy van and just happened to look down at the odometer..

    123.456.7

    Weird.

Your '82 GM product has an odometer that goes to the hundred thousands?

Generally...they just had 5 digits and the decimal...

Oops! You are right; I was thinking of the wrong vehicle. It was my '95 Neon that displayed 123456.. I should have remembered, considering my '82 has over a quarter million miles on it now, and had more than 123456 on it when I bought it in '93..

My 2007 KLR 650 is just about to hit 10,000 miles! Shoot, I don't have my camera at work to take a picture of it.

I think the diesels and the V 4-6-8 only had four.

I wonder if that says anything about their reliability.... ;)
