OK.. so most of my work (read all) is done on my gravel driveway with no air tools or a welder, but I do use an electric drill and drop lights to work in the dark. Would the use of a drill,lights and maybe a hand rivet gun not be allowed?
Also it says no machining, does that mean I can't fabricate/machine a piece of whatever using a big hammer and a hacksaw and files?
