Except those are bigger diameter than stock. Nothing wrong with a little 'poke'.

In that case my vote is for wide-5 adapters and oval track takeoffs.

Oh yes!

That fire damage is quite something. I want to know what they parked next to....

Could easily get the track width up a couple of inches that way, probably wouldn't even need to lower it then.

Some deep cleaning has been happening.

Before

After

All that is the driver's seat and a good representation of the whole interior in general.

Many loads of extracted water this dirty in my Bissell little green machine.

Nasty! What little green machine can do that?

When I first got the vette, I had a detailer recommend cleaning the plastics and leather with a mixture of hot water and woolite, wipe it down and then wipe it down again with just water and then a dry towel.

My plastics appeared pretty clean and when I did that the soapy water mixture looked alot like your container does.

Just saying its a good way to clean the hard stuff in the van, and makes you feel less gross after touching it when you get a dirty ass car like this.

The Quest is now wearing the OZ brand alloys and Continental DWS all seasons from the Q45.

The Q45 is wearing BBSs with the same RE71Rs that were at The Challenge. If your following along, these are the BBSs that were on Q45 #1. I bought the rims back while in Gainseville for the past Challenge.

I thought they were rs3s. Van looks great. I see you fixed the tail light.

The Re71 are from Q45 #2.
The rims are from Q45 #1.

The Hankooks are still mounted to the Lincoln/Taurus rims which were the tires on Q45 #1.

When Q45 #2 returned after The Challenge I put Continental All Seasons on the OZ brand rims.

First local autox tomorrow for Q45 so I put stickies back on and the good all seasons on the Quest.

So how does a big ass van drive with the new grippy street tires.

Im feel pretty confident in saying its the only van to ever wear re71s

I had some old Kumho XS on my E36 M3box van (probably attending this year!) for like, years. But i never drove it enough to wear them out.

I have nothing to add other than I have put 4k miles on my Challenge Van in the past two months.
It's been to Washington DC once and all over Northern Ohio the rest of the time.

Seems like you are taking full advantage of the challenge van.

When is it getting low and wide?

Low via shorter tires and wider via 2" spacers gets me legal.

I have not yet shown my hand on other changes.

I'm predicting some JATO units hidden in the cargo area for the drags.

As for the "taking full advantage" part...

Those are 4k in tax deductible miles which equal more of a deduction than I paid for the van.

... So, yeah, taking full advantage!
