My '97 Brighton with an EJ22 from a '92 Legacy. For the sake of simplicity I retained the EJ18 intake, injectors, harness, etc. In this video the exhaust consisted of the Legacy manifold and cat pipe, it now has the Legacy mid pipe and the Brighton muffler section.

Good move using a dual port EJ22. The single ports sound great unmuffled, but it's a more sultry '70s Alfa 4cyl murmur than the trademark boxer growl. Cool project!

that did sound great, the smile seem'd like the motor music was payment enough. Cant think of how happy you will be once you drive it.

It's been dead for 2 years, just sitting in the garage taunting him, so yeah, he's happy. If the rear struts would have gone on like we thought they would (bolt placement is a bit different than stock) it would have been on the road yesterday.
