I need to stop stalling on cleaning my MS3's EGR valve and mounting up the winter wheels/tires. Other than that, I don't have anything planned. Part of the stash of FC parts I got included remanufactured front brake calipers and a retractable antenna, so if I can find the time I might install those on my N/A FC (which has sticking calipers and a busted antenna). Might make it easier to sell/ trade towards a pickup in the spring.

My project cars (mighty dak and MX3) are parked for the winter. But this week I noticed (in horror!) that there was surface rust all over the cylinder walls of my KLZE parts engine. Stupid ass, I'd forgot to store it with fogging oil. Applied a liberal coating of rust remover, then scrubbed with a clean rag. Worked like a charm. Oh, did I mention that I did that on the kitchen counter? Sometimes, being single is great.

good lord! how is it that you ARE single! when i do something like that i get scolded by wives that aren't even mine!

Well, theres the projects I'm 'sposed to do, and the projects I want to do...

I would really like to make a few more cuts towards the completion of my chassis project...

BUT I'll probably end up replacing the negative battery cable in the SWMBO's Volvo, start work towards getting the Baby room ready, or clean up the "after Christmas mess". Then theres the picking up of the dog poo in the yard, and the re-wiring the driveway gate (dog chewed through the wires) that I've been putting off...

hmmmmmmmmm. anyone got a round 'tuit?

El Camino - interior, some wiring, chrome strips along the bed, see to a couple leaks and mushy brakes

WRX - Up pipe and turbo back, BCS. tuning, mud flaps and wheels and tires (probably have to roll the fenders too)

XJS - tranny leak, flush rad, blinkers and lights

M3 - shocks/struts, springs, drivers window, fog lights

RX7V8 - oil leak, bleed brakes, exhaust, strip interior and put in non-ratty carpet and seats

Miata - recover seats, change carpet, install boost and AFR gauges

    Oh yeah...family and Christmas stuff.

I don't think I will get most of it done but any progress is progress.

Subaru - Maybe try to ghetto rig the exhaust to quiet it down a little. Maybe try to replace the car. We'll see.

must do: reconfigure the mud-room to better contain all the crap that ends up in the mud-room.

pissed off about having to do: put another master cylinder on the '68 mustang. this will be the third. first one wouldn't build pressure on front circuit, second one leaked badly at the rear seal, so let brake fluid drip onto the carpet.

indifferent about doing: turning 45 on friday.

Need to sell my e21, remove the drivetrain out of it and put it in my 2002, and start working on my 2002 for the first time in 4 years!
