I've spotted a Miata down there that might just be the ticket, but given that it's a good 900 miles from here I wouldn't be able to look at it in person. So if we have anybody down there willing to check it over for me in exchange of some beer vouchers, that would be really great.

Man, I'm way closer than you. But, still about 90 miles away. If I go down to Cochise next week I could take a look, but y'all would have to tell me what i need to look for. Don't know Miatas. Hell, don't know much generally, but I digress....

It's mainly standard car stuff - ie, if it looks like it's been in an accident, if it looks well maintained and all that...

I can probably PM you a couple of things to look for if you're going down there, just let me know when you know.
