Sure that could be cool. I haven't built one in years. But I do have a Chaparral 2E that I never started.
I vote for an F1 car Williams would be nice.

I have been slowly building up a collection of unbuilt BMW models.. just waiting for when it is too cold to go out to the garage to work on the real thing

Hmm, pretty even!
I'll do the Scarab since it's an older kit with less detail. It will make a better first model build tread, then we'll move into more complicated stuff.
