The crx/s10 and the little jeep were a joke. The crx was to set up a turbo single cam for a show car I was building for a guy and the miata was a role over flood damage car. The jeep parts were from a rock crawler and some scrap yard parts. I like building things to make poeple think good or bad at least think
This. Is awesome.
I want one. Badly.
That is all.

More info on the jeep thing
2 piles of scrap and a bottle of tequila now I got a rolling pile of scrap I can do a v8 swap on and have lots of fun and not care about messing up the paint
Yeah, but what kind of tequila? I think that might be the important part of this equation.
Welcome to the board!
It was the cheap stuff I had to save money for the turbo setup
Jalopnik has found the miata jeep. I wonder if they heard us talking about it.

Instead of a miata imitating a jeep this one appears to be a jeep imitating a miata.
the guys at jalopnik are kinda tuff but I like the pain

I hate that.
I love miatas. I also love jeeps.
I adore this! I want one!

Any specs or details on that black one? That's badass!
Staring at my '66 CJ parked next to my '96 Miata in the garage started giving me crazy ideas like this....but then I thought "Why? I'd just be making one vehicle that wasn't as good as either of the two I'd started with."
I wouldn't cut up two good vehicles. The miata survived hurricane Katrina to be rolled over as a 16 year olds first car. The jeep parts came from a rock crawler and some scrap metal. I'm looking at doing a v8 swap or a big turbo if I don't sell it or swap it soon.
