Come on Brett! Why not? You'll see some teams and get to check out the scene. It's a double 7 so 7 hours of racing, stop for debauchery, and then 7 more.

That truck looked cool as hell when I glanced in my mirror and saw it coming out of Oak Tree all crossed up with full steering lock and ya saved it.

But I can't claim credit for that save. That was Kevin Harvey. He drives a 'vette during time trails with the Tar Heel club. Kevin is one hell of a driver.

I'll try to be there. I'm pressed for time working on my own cars lately, so I want to do that, but my son would have a siezure of joy if I took him to watch race cars with his grandfather.

Dlmater - it's a riot man. The truck has a welded diff so if you're coming out of a turn and light up one tire, the other is spinning too. It's like driving a dirt tracker on a road course.
Brett_Murphy - Who wouldn't want to give their kid a seizure of joy!? Come on down chief! We'll be there with the cars listed and quite a few other teams will be as well. Chumpcar has hinted that some NASCAR teams showed up at the last Rockingham race as it's a weekend off for those guys. The last time I was at VIR over Easter Weekend Tony Stewart's team was there along with another NASCAR team who I can't remember right now. Two days of racing. If you miss one you get a second chance. I'll be the guy in the AOL Online racing suit.

Dood, it's a cheater. They penalize us hundreds of laps. We are never in contention. Sure is fun to drive. Beats track days all to hell.

We'll be there in the Dirty Escort! We're putting the engine in it Saturday, tuning the rest of the week, and leaving out Thursday. That's just my list, Chris' list is much, much longer. Anyone else this ill-prepared?
