Anyone using these low cost fuel regulator?
I'm going to swap out the factory pump in my dwarf with a higher flow unit (e2000) and will need to regulate the new pumps output. Need 43psi.
I see a smaller fitting on top of the diapham is that for hooking to vacuum to raise output presure?

Seems to cheap to be good....but i'm sure it just a child labor rip off of a older design...

Well, that one only fits Honda Oddessy, fit, S2k, and del sol, so you're out of luck. You probably need a universal fit one.
Pressure regulators and the like are one of those car parts where you really get what you pay for. $30, however, is right on the line of cheap enough that if it's crap I wouldn't really care about throwing it away.
That looks real similar to the one I used on Dr.Linda's bike:
which I got a couple years ago on eBay. I think it's the same, but our's is chrome and that one is annodized. It's survived ~5K miles of solid mounted Harley engine, which destroys most things. The guage did not survive. A new guage is on my next order to Jegs list.

Well, that one only fits Honda Oddessy, fit, S2k, and del sol, so you're out of luck. You probably need a universal fit one.
Uhh... it has an in barb, an out barb, and a vacuum barb.. that IS universal...
Well, you'd have to add some spring clamps for it to be really universal...

I've got a similar unit I got from Fleabay. It's fancy red. The gauge popped on mine, replaced it with a cheap one from the local go-fast store. It's worked great for the last 3 years or so.

Thats EXACTLY why he included those.. That's as universal as it gets. ANYTHING with a return line can be modified to use that regulator. You dont even have to replace or otherwise modify the existing regulator to use it..
