15th isn't a bad start. Keep it on the tarmac and out of trouble.

I can't wait until they stick him in a NNC car and he finishes ahead of Danica the first time out.

Good drive - he sounded just as excited to finish 15th as he did when he was winning in F1!

I watched the last 35 laps and I was pretty impressed. He finished, and not too badly either. This could be fun to watch.

i thought we weren't allowed to say anything nice about anything having to do with NASCAR around here... making jokes about turning left for 2 hours is cool, tho.

Just as long as it has a F1 driver in it.

I bet Kimi spent more time running side by side and in traffic during that one race than he did his entire F1 career. Pit stops must feel like they take forever to him.

Yeah, but don't the majority of them happen on a yellow flag? Wonder what he thinks about the whole idea of competition yellows?

did they have a competition yellow? NASCAR only does that if there is a tire wear issue due to a new tire or racing surface or something that might affect everyone..

or are you talking about full course yellows after someone wrecks that line everyone up before going green again??

Oh I was hoping Kimi had gotten into semi racing.

The ICEMAN is going to force me into watching Nascar again! Only the events he is involved in, to bad he is driving for a jackass...

I suspect that most Nascar fans will refer to him as "Frenchie".

    Nah- Vodka.

Although, one can wonder if he'll switch to white lightning. It would be an honor to NACAR for him to do that.

No... he means the ones they throw for imaginary debris on the track to bunch the field up with 10 to go.
