It's not just your opinion.

It's a black Regal with blacked out trim and a turbo hood. It looks more like a Grand National than most Craigslist ads.

Oh and he takes the time to tell us that he has the 3.8 turbo motor and what not but it is not for sale.

IF (and I mean IF) the body is straight and the paints decent, it could be a good starter project if purchased for a grand or so. Sell the wheels, fix the motor (how badly can you hurt a small block?) and you're 1/2 way home. The interoir will be the tough spot. A blacked out t-top Regal can't be that worthless....

It looks like a more misguided than crappy build IMHO. As has been said, it's not a bad shell. I think unberkeleying the interior will be the trickiest part.
