    Back on topic: There should be a lot of ways to get a manual behind a LSx with an AWD transfer case but it's going to shift like a truck, because thats where the manual transmission will come from.

    I'd go with Jeep parts. An AX15 and an NV242 transfer case are a junk Cherokee away.

    Summit Performance had a '32 Ford street rod built some years ago that was four wheel drive. It had a Corvette engine and manual transmission mated with the transfer case from an Astro van. Do a google search on 'quadradeuce' and a bunch of information pops up.

    Interesting. Would that handle the torque of a mild LS build in a heavy vehicle?
