Found a kit car, abandoned and pretty cheap. Biggest deal killer is the rear window is broken. Where would I find a replacement?

    65-66 Mustang Fastback.

Funny but I was thinking the same thing (early Mustang) but through a little google searching could not prove it.
What was common in the kit car world was to adapt in existing, popular model glass into the kit. That took away the huge expense it would be to have custom glass manufactured and replace that expense with standard off the shelf or junkyard pieces.

    Edit: another opinion from google

    Definitely this.

See PDF page 49 of the original manual: http://www.fiberfab.us/manuals/avenger_1st.pdf

The front windshield is 65 Corvair.

Worst comes to worst, being a glassfibred body. Find glass that almost works and modify the body to fit it

Yep you may have to do that.

So the non-running one with a broken back window for 900 might be worth it.

65-66 Mustang fastback rear glass may be pricey and hard to find, though I'd imagine that Cobra Automotive may have a few. They often replace it with vented lexan when building R Model clones.
