I was looking at the speedhunters blog and their story on the billetproof show recently and this lincoln really caught my eye. The interior is just bad ass.

oh goodness
I'd rather have the original seats...those things look pretty uncomfortable. The dash has been replaced as well, I believe with one from a '55 Buick.
I dunno. The original interiors on those were pretty classy. That interior seems a bit ricey to me. I mean, sure, put race seats and a mad console in a lot of cars, but a suicide door Lincoln?
Something just seems wonky about it.

Is that a suicide shifter on that suicide door?
Check out the door opener linkages on the door panel...wicked complicated

The seats look sort of like the ones you'd see in a helicopter, a Huey, if I remember correctly at all. Cool!
Interior belongs in a 32 roadster rad rod IMHO, cool but wrong car

+1 Don't put a race interior in your custom.

they came original with suicide doors

I know that. I had a '67 for awhile (very familiar with them; too much so, really). I was just saying it seems like the wrong candidate for race seats.
when will it stop?
I agree with bobofthefuture, those seats look military. I think they're cool. And probably more comfortable than you realize (as long as you don't slouch).

I think it's a waste of an otherwise cool car. I mean, that theme interior just does not fit in a lincoln. What a waste of material and moderate talent.
Not feeling the seats, but the rest is decent.
I agree w/ above sentiment--if I'm doing a kustom Lincoln, it's going to be more on the luxo side of things--but that's me.
Same here - someone's got their styles crossed a little and it doesn't work for me.
More sumptuous custom, yes. Stripped out interior in a Lincoln? Falls into the category of "just because we can doesn't necessarily make it a good idea".
