We'll have GRMers all over the place this weekend:

Tim, Margie, Joe, Gary and the Group 44 GT6 will be at the Amelia Island Concours all weekend. I'll be up there Sunday, too. It's easily one of the most impressive concours in the country: http://www.ameliaconcours.org/

Greg will be manning our booth at the Grand-Am Koni Challenge race at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Free spectator tickets! http://www.grand-am.com/konitickets/

Per and Tom will be at the SCCA Solo National Tour near Cecil, Ga.: http://www.scca.com

I'll also be at the Classic Mazda pre-Sebring party in Orlando tonight. The SpeedSource and Dyson teams will also be there: http://www.classicmazda.com/events.asp

And if that's not enough, I'll be at a local drift demo tomorrow as well as our local cruise-in.

Oh, and if I don't have enough on my weekend's schedule, I just found out about an art exhibit opening that I'll pass on the way home from the Mazda deal tonight. I guess I should bring along a nicer shirt.

It's called the Phantom Corsair and it was designed by the Rust Heinz of the ketchup fame. I believe he was killed not long after it was built and that killed plans to produce it.

Edit: built way back in 1938 and it's still sex on wheels.

Me? I took the Miata to the Mazda party--figured it was appropriate. The Mini gets to play tomorrow. For Amelia, we have a new 370Z from the press fleet this week so I'm taking that.

Somebody please take some good Amelia Island photos and post them. I had to fly to DC yesterday for a funeral this AM and can't make it back in time. I LOVE this event and have been all but 2 of the years it's been held. I hope the weather is nice!
