Curtis, I'm looking at you. I managed to mangle my left hand exhaust on my 9C1 caprice. (Long story.) Its a 95. Are the LT1 Caprice's exhausts the same? Are they the same as older Gen I V-8s? I've got a few leads on a 94 and 2 93s. Want to know if its worth my time.

all 94-96 B body LT1 exhausts (except wagons) are the same. 93's had the TBI engine and only had a single 2.75" exhaust instead of the dual 2" exahust of the 94-96 LT1 cars.. the 94-96 L99 powered Caprices had a small single exhaust.

    Yup... same same.

Cat-backs would be different if you had the single exhaust to start with, but otherwise its all the same stuff.

the floorpans are the same from 77-96, but they made a few changes to the chassis to clear the dual exhaust in 94 when they put the LT1 in the cars- the trans crossmember is totally different and has dual humps to clear the dual exhaust and the trans crossmember mounting points in the frames are different than the 77-93 models that only ever came with single exhaust, so you can't just put a factory 94-96 dual hump crossmember in a 77-93 car without at least a little fabrication.

so if you've got a 94-96 car, then you need the exhaust from or for a 94-96 car.

Agree with everything you said... but he already identified it as a 9C1/LT1 in a 95

You are totally right, I just didn't go that far into it.

and he also said he had a line on some earlier cars, hence the clarification.
