I'm not seeing a welded together car. What it looks like to me is that the floor split at a seam. I suspect that the construction has the horizontal floor meeting a vertical section right there under the front of the rear seat, and the two panels are spot welded together - common construction for a Honda. Not really structural either. The only structure that had to fail in this case was the rocker box, and the boxed section at the C-Pillar / Roof juncture. The roof didn't tear - it failed across the top of the rear window.

I just see it as the right hit at the right speed and this is the inevitable result.

I thought that trucks had solid frames? I am betting that was damaged pre them pulling it out. Thinking more about it I am betting it was completely staged. AND why would you go to all the trouble to hook it to the part that is way out in the watter? I call fake / staged. If you were trying to pull it out wouldn't you drag it out from the back and then roll it over?
