You can add me in for an Elise, too... (or an MR-2 Spyder)

I keep thinking about trading the Civic for one, but that would be INSANE as a daily driver / road trip machine...

Anyone have a car that they have always deeply wanted, moreso than most other desirable cars, that they can realistically buy outright, but know they shouldn't? As in have to hold yourself back from buying it....

This thread seems no different than asking, "What supermodel would you cheat on your wife for?"...

Eh, super cars and dream cars carry less baggage than supermodels, cost less to maintain and you can drive them for more than a few minutes at a time.

I'd rather give up buying a new car every few years and just get an older car to drive, then use the money saved to buy a Viper/Esprit/RX-7. I'm going to end up with some type of 90s full-size truck soon, and I don't see it as any kind of punishment to drive that for another 15 years, easy.
