So my Spit has this tag in it.
It says CASC Registered Vehicle 5108. I searched for CASC and got Canadian Automobile Sports Clubs Ontario region. Is this where I should start looking for info on the car or is there somewhere else to look? Basically I am trying to find out any history about it. Would this qualify the car for vintage racing?
Yup that's their logo alright. I would definitely start there. I'm sure if you contacted them or even put a post up in their forums someone will be able to help.

Yup, I have that sticker on my beater.
The office will have logbook records on the car no doubt, I tracked down an old ff chassis that way.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say, but some of (most of) the asking prices for stuff on there are laughable.
