Matt's been great so far. You can see snippets of him in all our Lincoln videos as well.
As for hazing, what would be considered a cruel prank—or, at least, a rough afternoon—is SOP around here. One of the best ideas David and I had for our "on hold" podcast was "JG's tales of the early days." I'd weave yarns about my crappy apartments; losing all bowel control in a Consulier on a long drive; having a round-trip-ticket given to you knowing that the second half would eventually be cashed in, stranding you wherever you were; seeing the underground survival lair of another publishing magnate in the cul-de-sac of his street; "breaking in" (still not sure how legal this was) to the neighbor of same publishing magnate's neighbor's house and using the hot tub.
There's more, of course, but those come to mind so easily. Maybe if there's interest one will end up here in pixels.
