How long (or short) are hill climbs?

52/70, the Fiesta doing the doggie on a fire hydrant imitation, is probably my third favorite after the SuperSmart and the Cortina. There were lots of Loti there!
RossD, the ones I have been to here in the Southeast are around 2 miles long.

The one in Prescot is 1127 yards long and has about 200 ft of rise. Many English hilclimbs are very short with little rise. Nick

I read about said trucklet in a UK VW mag several months back. It's way overbuilt with hillclimb and track days in mind. Specs include the monstrous 'cage, heaps of custom homemade carbon bits (think: roof skin, etc.), and a hot Porsche flat six poking up through the bed.
