So, i want to play with election signs.

Maybe even use them as a laminate.

The two initial projects are an aluminium/coroplast/aluminium sandwich for a non structural panel, and gluing carpet for an interior panel.

So, how/what do i need, need to know, etc?

I've had good luck with contact cement when bonding non-metal things to corplast for cosplay things.  Never tried to bond it to metal, though.  Hot glue works great, but anything over about 110 degrees will re-melt the glue so no-go for automotive use.  I've had a lot of luck with 3m number 90 spray adhesive in other areas as well, so that might be one worth looking in to.

All great ideas! This is for challenge purposes, so epoxy may be out. Will definitely try the super90 though!
